At NAAMA our style is based on the Korean art of “Tang Soo Do”, but incorporates techniques from Japanese, Chinese, Okinawan, Western, Muay Thai and Boxing styles. Training in the martial arts teaches you discipline and respect since this is a military art, but you also learn tradition and self defense. Training in martial arts is also a terrific way to stay in shape or get in shape in a family orientated atmosphere.

Through a step by step by step program, the student experiences mental and physical success. We refer to these outcomes as building blocks. Through these building blocks, positive mental forces are released.
